Tuition Payment Policy:

For your convenience the TOTAL ANNUAL TUITION AMOUNT is divided into (10) monthly payments.  The tuition payment for every child is due in the Preschool office the first day of each month.  Payments may be made in advance or mailed to:

Payments can also be placed in the black mailbox outside the preschool  office.  Please do not hand tuition payments to teachers or enclose them in  your child’s backpack or lunch box. Tuition payments are considered late if not received in the office by the tenth (10th) calendar day of the month.  Late tuition payments will be subject to a fee of $10.00 per child/per delinquency.  The additional late fee, plus the original tuition amount must be received in the Preschool office before your child will readmitted to his/her class.  After three consecutive late payments, a $25 late fee will be applied per child/ per delinquency.
We hope you understand our needs and purpose of this reminder.  We trust that you will understand the spirit of this policy and cooperate with our payment policies.  If you have any questions concerning this matter, have difficulty complying with this policy, or have any other concerns, please speak with the Director.

Extended Day Tuition:

Extended day tuition is due prior to the session the child is attending.  Extended day is available on  Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at a cost of $15 per session for our Preschool and half day pre-k students.  If you know in advance that your child will be staying for each available session in a month you may include the appropriate amount in your regular tuition check. If you have paid for a session and your child does not attend, credit will be applied to the next month’s extended day tuition. 

Financial Arrangements:

1. $50 Registration Fee is required with the application.  This is non-refundable and not applied toward tuition.

2. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

3. First Month’s Tuition:  Is due August 1st.  All other tuition payments are due the first of each month.  Payments can be placed in the locked mailbox outside the Preschool Office.  The first months tuition  is non-refundable at any time.

4. Absences:  children not attending classes for any reason will only have their spot saved if tuition is paid on time.  We cannot hold a space unless tuition current.

 

Refunds:

It is expected that a child will be enrolled for the entire ten months of the school year. If a child does not adjust to the Preschool program, the Director and the Preschool Committee may require that the child be withdrawn, in which case the balance of that months tuition will be refunded.  The first months tuition is non-refundable at any time.
